- We provide health guarantee for seventy-two hours (72). Please make sure to take the cat to a licensed Veterinarian if you are in doubt of any medical issue with our sold cat.
- In the case of a medical issue, the veterinarian shall provide the medical report by mailing it to us and in this case we will pay for the shipping returned cost. In addition to this you will receive the amount you paid us + the shipping cost you paid as well :).
- The Warranty will be void immediately if you give the cat a FIP vaccines. FIP vaccines is not safe for the Siberian cats
- All shipping costs are to be paid by the Buyer.
- We have the right to keep the photos of the cats we sold you on our website.
- You must keep the cat indoors and not allowed to roam freely outdoors.
- You are not allowed to send our sold cat to the shelter, destroy it or lease it to someone else. If for any reason, you are not able to take care of the cat then you should return it to us and we will pay for the shipping cost.
- You are not allowed to breed this cat, hence, the cat/kitten MUST be spayed or neutered within three months from the date of pick up/delivery or by 6 months of age at the buyer expenses. The buyer must prove with a copy of the invoice stating that the cat/kitten spay or neuter has been completed.

Payment Information
When you click the reserve button you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your purchase in a secure link.
- This is a waiting list process. The Kitten is not yet born but to the best of our forecasted ability, we do believe that the kittens will be born on the right time. The waiting list process is $25
- Once the kitten is born and grown up for at least 4 weeks, you will be then asked to pay for the reservation of the kitten. The amount due at the time of reservation will be $250
- Later down the path, the remaining amount due will be $1225 + Virginia Sales Tax if applicable when the cat is ready to go your home.
- We have stopped shipping the kittens out of Virginia at this time. You need to pick up the kitten from our location
- Please also note that if it was your decision to get out of the waiting list without any strong reason then the $25 will not be refundable.
- We only allow a maximum of 50 adopters in the waiting list to avoid over promising. Please observe the waiting list table at the top of this page.
- Please note that the waiting process could take from 2 months to 8 months so please be patient. We will update you regularly on the progress/expectation of when your kitten will be ready
