We hope you and your family are in good health and safety. During this uncertain time related to the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to assure you that Virginia Kittens is still going to serve you. We are taking many of the steps and precautions to avoid the spread of this Virus, hence we are only going to have the option of shipping you the pet via a carrier delivered to your door.

Please make sure to sanitize the cage like you would do if you receive any mail package these days. The shipping cost will need to be calculated and added on top of the original kitten cost.

Please let us know if you have any questions and we really apologize for not hosting the sell event at our home at this time. The contract can be signed online and sent back via email. The kitten price plus the shipping will need to be deposited online as well.

Please Read the following policy
- We provide health guarantee for seventy-two hours (72). Please make sure to take the cat to a licensed Veterinarian if you are in doubt of any medical issue with our sold cat.
- In the case of a medical issue, the veterinarian shall provide the medical report by mailing it to us and in this case we will pay for the shipping returned cost. In addition to this you will receive the amount you paid us + the shipping cost you paid as well :).
- The Warranty will be void immediately if you give the cat a FIP vaccines. FIP vaccines is not safe for the Siberian cats
- All shipping costs are to be paid by the Buyer.
- We have the right to keep the photos of the cats we sold you on our website.
- You must keep the cat indoors and not allowed to roam freely outdoors.
- You are not allowed to send our sold cat to the shelter, destroy it or lease it to someone else. If for any reason, you are not able to take care of the cat then you should return it to us and we will pay for the shipping cost.
- You are not allowed to breed this cat, hence, the cat/kitten MUST be spayed or neutered within three months from the date of pick up/delivery or by 6 months of age at the buyer expenses. The buyer must prove with a copy of the invoice stating that the cat/kitten spay or neuter has been completed.

- The remaining amount will be $1150 due when the cat is ready to go your home.
- No shipping at this time out of Virginia. You need to pick up the kitten from our location
- Please note that the reservation amount of $250 is not refundable.
